Get the details about the Seasons of Change Training Originally conceived in 1992, I’ve continuously improved the Seasons of Change Program through interactions with clients, training workshops with professionals, client workshops, presentations, radio shows, deep reflection, and observations of our culture and of nature. This natural approach to change uses nature’s way of responding to the change of seasons to give transitioners guidance and support on their journey.

My passion is creating powerfully insightful tools, resources, and programs that professionals love to use with their clients in transition. As an internationally published author, I love the process of developing my ideas, crafting them, testing and refining them and finally sharing them. In fact, I’ve spent much of the last fifteen years refining these practical, powerful, innovative programs.

Each of these programs is designed to have the following characteristics:

• Each program is structured to have built in flexibility allowing you to customize each program to fit your clients' needs and your own style.

• Each program can be used in any of the following formats.
  • In one-on-one coaching in person or by phone
  • Group teleclasses
  • Workshops
  • Weekly support groups

   

• Each program has a beginning, middle, and end, allowing clients to see where the program is going and where they are in the process. Knowing this gives clients the faith to sign on and enough trust in the process to keep working with you even when the going gets tough.

• Each program is easy to learn. Although rich and full of interconnections, the programs are packaged in a way that enables me to train you to use them in a relatively short period of time, for a reasonable investment.
