Career Clarity Training If you work with clients who want to change careers and you have completed the Clarity Training, you can continue on with the Advanced Training course on the Career Clarity Program. The 6th Edition of this program was released July 2006. It’s been in continuous use with individuals and groups since 1993. The power of this program is absolutely transferable. The coaches I’ve trained since 2000 have been a part of a number of remarkable transformations. By learning how to delve into the multiple layers of this program you too can achieve wonderful results with clients who want to find more meaningful work that fits their true nature.

Each of these programs is designed to have the following characteristics:

• Each program is structured to have built-in flexibility allowing you to customize each program to fit your clients' needs and your own style.

• Each program can be used in any of the folloing formats.
  • In one-on-one coaching in person or by phone
  • Group teleclasses
  • Workshops
  • Weekly support groups

   

• Each program has a beginning, middle, and end, allowing clients to see where the program is going and where they are in the process. Knowing this gives clients the faith to sign on and enough trust in the process to keep working with you even when the going gets tough.

• Each program is easy to learn. Although rich and full of interconnections, the programs are packaged in a way that enables me to train you to use them in a relatively short period of time, for a reasonable investment.
