Because this process has created such positive results for so many of my clients and the Career Clarity Coaches' clients, I've decided to make the Purpose Clarity process available to more professionals to use in their work with clients. I feel strongly that our world will be a better place when more people are living from their purpose. I am committed to helping more people contribute to the world in meaningful ways that express their personal passions and interests.

If you are a coach, counselor, and consultant who works with people searching for their purpose and direction, think about how this program might enhance your offerings to your clients.
The clients who will benefit most from the Purpose Clarity Program include those who are:
- Wrestling with a life situation or transition - individuals going through a major life transition, a personal awakening, or reinventing themselves after an illness, divorce, job loss, relocation, or disaster, Boomers/retirees and those who are not currently working but are interested in making a difference, empty nesters, parents of boomerang children, etc.
- Trying to make a critical career decision - college seniors, recent graduates, job seekers, career changers, those returning to work after a stint of stay-at-home parenting, caregiving, or illness, those evaluating their retirement options, military spouses, or military personnel who are re-entering the civilian world.
- Deciding about their academic future - those declaring a major or applying to graduate school.
- Discovering their niche - for business owners who are searching for how to combine their passions and interests in a way that attracts clients who are willing and able to pay for their services.
As a result of working through this process with you, your clients will have:
- More clarity about who they are and what gives them a sense of meaning
- A clear statement of their purpose
- Ideas about how they might bring their purpose to life through their work or their service
- An action plan to help them do just that
- A clearer sense of who you are and how you work
You have a number of options as to how you want to use this process with your clients. It all depends what format is best for you and your target market. Generally the process takes four to six hours, depending on the format you choose. In addition to working with you, your clients/participants will prepare for each part of the process by completing some activities on their own.
If you work with individuals, you might consider these options:
- One-on-one coaching/consulting sessions in person.
- One-on-one sessions by phone.
- One-on-one retreat intensives where you might have an initial meeting by phone, then do the bulk of the work in one long in-person session, and finally conclude with a follow-up session by phone.
If you want to work with groups, you can use these formats:
- Teleclasses - Four sessions by phone with some homework in between each session.
- Workshops - Two to three sessions in person over several weeks.
- Retreats - An intensive in-person format. With this option, I recommend incorporating a pre-call so participants can prepare for the session and a post-call to bring closure to the process.
If you want to add more value to your group options, consider adding one or more personal coaching session(s) to your package. Clients appreciate the personal attention they receive during these sessions. In fact, they are often able to take their insights deeper with your one-on-one support. In addition to increasing the value and price of your offering, this practice gives you a natural way to speak to each participant about their personal situation and evaluate whether they are interested in additional support. Having experienced you and your work, they are more likely to be interested in continuing to work with you as they implement their ideas and plans.
Regardless of which formats you choose, you'll use the same materials to share the activities and homework with your client. All clients must have their own copy of the Purpose Clarity materials to participate in this process. The materials are available as a printed workbook, an ebook, or a series of emails.
- Broaden your offerings to include workshops and retreats.

- Increase the number of leads that come your way for long-term coaching.

We'll meet for six 90-minute teleclass sessions. In addition to learning how to facilitate the process with individuals and groups, you'll have the opportunity to work through the process yourself and facilitate one practice client through the process.

- Key questions to ask to help your clients articulate their purpose.
- Six paths clients can choose to bring their purpose to life.
- Tips on how to facilitate this process in a variety of formats with individuals and groups.
- Six 90-minute training teleclass sessions that cover the Purpose Clarity Process and an additional program you can use when your clients can't tell you what they enjoy in life.
- Thorough, step-by-step training materials about the Purpose Clarity Process.
- Access to an audio introduction to the Seasons of Change.
- Purpose Clarity Materials for you and your practice client. After your trainning, you will purchase materials for your clients ($50 for the workbook / $40 for the ebook).
- Immdiately upon signing up, you'll receive materials from an additional program, HeartMagnet: Discover What You Are Drawn To. - A renewable annual license to facilitate this process with your clients in any of the formats listed. On each anniversary of your initial training, the fee to renew your license will be $225.00.
- For an Optional $100.00 you can add the Niche Clarity Program to your practice as well. This particular program is recommended for coaches who work with small business owners. Just one additional training hour gives you access to this program that's getting rave reviews.

During the first year, and during each subsequent year you renew your license, you will receive the following support.
- Six opportunities throughout the year to stengthen your experience with this powerful process. During these calls we'll cover a specific topic and discuss any issues or questions you bring to the table.
- Access to a community of Purpose Clarity Coaches/Consultants who are also implementing this program in their practices. You'll have access to a community forum where you'll be able to ask questions and contribute to discussions. (Don't worry, this is as simple as writing an email.)
- Ongoing marketing support through a monthly marketing call where you'll learn various marketing strategies you can use to build your business.
- Access to any and all updates to the Purpose Clarity Process and the related materials.
- Administrative support so you don't have to worry about shipping or emailing the materials to your clients. We'll take care of that for you. For in-person groups where you'll distribute the materials at the beginning of the event, we'll ship you the quantity that you need for the class.

As noted above, this may translate into a career, a job, a business idea, a school major or graduate degree, or a way to give back and make a difference.
Because this program is shorter, it is well suited for group work and can be used as an introductory workshop to attract clients to the Career Clarity Program or other programs you've developed or been trained to use.
The Career Clarity Training is only avaiable to those who have completed the Purpose Clarity Training.
